Peter is a UK Chartered Accountant with a wealth of business experience. He has worked in the UK, Ethiopia and Hong Kong prior to coming to South Africa. In addition to his broad financial and business management experience he has specialist knowledge of business review, improvement and control, evaluation of proposed acquisitions, etc. He has been resident in Cape Town since 1995, where he has run his own financial consultancy and also owned and operated a successful retail outlet selling oriental furniture and porcelain. PETER joined the ALDES Group in 2001 and acquired the ALDES 21 franchise in 2004. He is passionate about providing excellent service and he and his team will pull out all the stops in striving to assist Buyers and Sellers alike achieve their aims and objectives. JOHN WHEELER CBBR - Broker

John learned his trade as a motor mechanic, progressed through agricultural equipment to heavy earthmoving equipment and mobile cranes. He then joined one of South Africa’s leading earthmoving & mobile crane distributors as a rookie salesman and worked his way up to Branch Manager. In the early 80’s he opted out of the corporate world to start up his own business, which he ran successfully as a hands-on owner for 20 years. Aldes then helped him conclude the sale. John joined the Aldes Group in January 2004 completing his C.B.B.R. (Certificate of Business Broking with the Institute of Realtors) shortly afterwards. He lives in Bellville but welcomes enquiries from all over the Western Cape.

Denzil has owned and run numerous businesses over an entrepreneurial career spanning more than 20 years.  These include restaurants, an import export agency (FMCG), manufacturing concerns and a commercial property firm that specialised in development and sales.  He presently owns a Business Consultancy which specialises in business turnaround, business bailout finance, business coaching & advice. Denzil joined Aldes in 2008 as a business broker to complement his already successful consultancy.  He believes that true wealth accumulation starts by owning your own business. He says “I am passionate about business and will endeavour to assist buyers and sellers of all types and sizes of businesses conclude a successful transaction”.  Denzil resides in Rondebosch.
