David Richards –
Principal. Dave is a Chartered Accountant and holds B.Com and B.Acc
degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, and an EDP (Executive
Development Programme) from the Manchester Business School. After
completing his articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers he was in private
practice for ten years, and thereafter CFO of Ibis / ACNielsen South
Africa. Dave was Financial Director of Unitrans Freight, and oversaw
many acquisitions in this capacity.

Keith Rylance
– Partner.
Keith holds a marketing diploma from the Institute for Marketing
Management, a transport diploma from Rand Afrikaans University and a MDP
(Management Development Programme) from Manchester Business School. His
corporate career spans Unitrans, Anderson Transport and DHL Exel Supply
Chain. Keith has held management positions in both capital and labour
intensive environment. He has significant experience in supply chain
modeling and providing innovative solutions with a high degree of skill
encompassing all functional areas of business.

Gerhard van der
Merwe - has an honours degree at the University of Johannesburg
and is an ex Lions rugby player. He has been in the financial
industry for 15 years. Over this period of time he started and
bought businesses and is today the owner of eight. His hands on
experience in the purchase of successful business has gained him
significant knowledge which he can transfer to his clients.

Lex
Kirsten - After matriculating in
2001 I received a sports bursary from the University of North-West to
play rugby and study sports science. After studying for a year I had the
opportunity to go and play club rugby in the U.K. and was contracted to
play for a year. I returned and started work at Sandown Commercial
Vehicles and gained valuable experience in customer care, working in
close cohesion with medium management until the end of 2008. I was then
offered a position as a Sales Executive at Daly Auto in Potchefstroom
and as I still had a passion for the student environment and being money
driven I decided to make a change. The recession hit the industry which
turned out to be a bad decision. I was lucky to join our family business
back in Pretoria, marketing the hospitality and guest house industry.
Currently I also run a small shuttle service as an add-on to our family
concern. I have always been passionate about sales and I know my people
skills is of an exceptional standard and I strive to always be
professional in my approach when I engage with potential clients.
