been a commercial manager at Standard bank,
and has had experience with promoting
Liberty products. In addition she is an
accredited financial advisor. She is a
member of the financial planning institute
and a qualified estate agent. She brings a
wealth of experience and is looking forward
to assisting buyers and sellers in achieving
their goals. She is renowned for her
dedication to the task at hand and her
commitment to seeing the process through to
completion.

In 1982 Cheryl Brown started a long and successful career
in real estate in the residential housing market, and later diversified
into sectional title specialisation, low cost housing development, RDP
housing, commercial and industrial sales and rentals, complex
development and body corporate functions. In between all this she still
managed to find the time to successfully raise a family. Being the owner of a number of
small businesses, the next natural progression in real estate was into
business broking. Cheryl joined Aldes Business brokers in 2005 and has
been with them ever since and helped run the Lower South Coast branch
for more than two years. She has obtained numerous
certificates and diplomas in sales, marketing and accounting throughout
her career. Having recently relocated to Gauteng, Cheryl has joined
the Aldes Gold franchise on the East rand.
