Ferdie is responsible for the operations of our Aldes franchises in
Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West, Free State and Namibia. He has
to date structured some of the most successful BEE-Partnerships for our
clients and with his sound knowledge of corporate law is of enormous
value to our firm. He still, however prefers to be hands on in all his
dealings with clients. It can truly be said that Ferdie understands
the business of business and he will waste no time in getting to the
bottom-line. With his very positive
outlook on life he is inspirational when talking about South Africa's
economic future. Also being a Certified Financial Planner he is more
than able to assist both seller or buyer in their business decisions.

Driekie Naude: CBBR
Driekie is part of the Gauteng Regional Office and has a great
passion to see people succeed and reach their dreams. With her
very high standard of professionalism and proficiency she made a
huge impact in starting up the Regional branch in Gauteng. With
a service orientated background the amount of work being done by
her is of huge value to the Aldes Group and the reason for the
successful intra communication within our group. With sound
business knowledge and sales experience it was a natural step
that she also became part of our sales group and qualified
herself as a business broker. Driekie is most definitely a
people’s person and you can expect a friendly and outgoing
personality when dealing with her.

Nico van Greunen
I am a born and bred entrepreneur. My father
always said “the world doesn’t owe you anything but you owe the
world your best”. And this is my motto in life which I carry
over to all my clients. I have been in sales for 14 years in
which I owned my own Action Cricket and worked for numerous well
known companies. I have a diploma in accounting and a huge
selection of sales certificates. From junior sales to branch
manager were some of the positions I have held at these
companies. Professionalism, Trust and Honesty is some of
the virtues I live by and I would rather walk away from a deal

Castleman
I have gained
valuable business experience by successfully operating my
own computer bureau, sales distribution and printing
business for over 15 years. I sold the business bought a
farm and went farming which is still operating after 26
years. After 3 years of farming I was approached by a
corporate to set up an IT sales and support company. The
company was started from scratch and became a leader in its
field, representing international software and hardware
companies offering top service and building long term
relationships with its clients. I retired after 10 years and
then got involved in business broking after 4 years of
retirement.

Pieter Nel: B. Com (Hons) Financial Management; CFP;
Professional Accountant (SA)
Pieter completed his B. Com degree after hours at the University
of Pretoria while completing his articles during the day and
became a Professional Accountant (SA) by the age of 21. Pieter
then completed his honours degree in financial management after
which he also did the highly recognized Certified Financial
Planner post graduate qualification and also the registered
persons stock broking exams. After four years of being an
accountant, Pieter became a financial planner assisting high net
worth individuals with their personal risk planning, tax
structuring, estate planning and their fund management. Pieter
has been a financial planner since 2000 to date. Pieter has a
passion to assist clients in becoming financially independent
especially since statistics shows that only 3% to 5% of
individuals become financially independent. Pieter soon
realized from his work experience and exposure to wealthy
clients that the majority of people that do obtain financial
independence status were business owners. Statistics show that
very few people working for a salary can become financially
independent. Pieter’s accounting, financial planning and asset
management background, puts Pieter in an excellent position to
analyze and value businesses that are for sale, to interpret the
financial statements and figures and to add value support to
both interested business buyers and sellers.
