Ian Reich moved to KZN at the beginning of 2003 having spent the past 17 years in Johannesburg in executive management positions within the Financial Services Industry. The past 10 years were spent as Executive Sales Director within the First Rand Group. Over the years he expanded his knowledge by successfully completing various marketing and financial diplomas. His philosophy however is that successful businesses are run by positive and dynamic people and he believes that his position at Aldes will be to correctly match up both parties - dynamic buyers with successful seller. Brian Ballack has been involved in executive roles in corporate banking, merchant banking and credit over the past twenty years in South Africa, Hong Kong, Namibia and Botswana, with both the First Rand group and the Barclays group. Brian was born and educated in South Africa and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Natal University and an Associate Diploma from the Institute of Bankers South Africa. He joined Aldes in March 2008 and brings with him a wealth of experience on both the financial and advisory side of business broking.
