Jacques Malan has gained extensive experience both locally
and abroad with specific specialisation in the fields of marketing and
human resources. With a B. Comm. background and management training he
gained throughout his career, he gained valuable experience as a
consultant. One of his projects was to establish Chinese companies in
South Africa. Thereafter he relocated to the East where he has been a
witness to the rising of the Chinese economy for a period of six years.
In his role as a consultant he developed
marketing and human resource projects to facilitate business
between Eastern and Western countries. Jacques has gained
experience in various countries in the East before relocating to South
Africa. Since his return to South Africa, Jacques has expanded his
understanding of IT projects and have been involved with the marketing
and selling of businesses. His background in corporate companies and
experience in small and medium enterprises enables him to facilitate the
process of buying and selling businesses, giving potential buyers and
sellers the necessary guidance throughout the process. Jacques is
driven to create shareholder value for his clients and business
partners. He has a keen interest in the areas of Business strategy,
Turnaround strategies, Financial and Risk management solutions. He
creates solutions with a team of associates who are specialist in their
fields. His ability of
sourcing of potential stakeholders enables him to facilitate buy
and sell business transactions, including BEE structures.
