What services does this franchise offer?The entire spectrum of waterproofing, which includes Flat Roof Waterproofing, lateral & rising damp, waterproofing of Reservoirs & Earth dams. All aspects associated with redecorating & painting of buildings, which might be inter-related with waterproofing and/or rust. All aspects of roofing which includes new roof installation as well as refurbishment & restoration of roofs. The full spectrum of Swimming pool refurbishment as well as general repairs & maintenance of buildings. All of the above services are available at Industrial, Commercial, Domestic & Agricultural levels
What Marketing is undertaken to attract clients?The National Marketing Fund is managed by a Marketing Manager employed by the Franchisor. The Franchisor is responsible for all national and local marketing, including the necessary advertising campaigns. All other marketing and advertising, at store level, is undertaken by the individual Franchisee, with the assistance and support of the Franchisor's Marketing Division and is for the Franchisee's Account. The Franchisee will contribute to the marketing fund for the first year only. Contributions will be required, as and when National advertising takes place, and this is through different media eg. radio

What Royalties are payable?A monthly management fee of 5% on net turnover is payable. Monthly marketing fee of 2.5% on net turnover is also payable. Marketing fee is also a contribution towards H/O Administration & is for the 1st year only. It must be noted, that in the 24 month Cash Flow Projection, there is provision included for repayments for a loan via Khula of R180 000. This Cash Flow Projection, also includes staff compliment of 9 - 12 employees, for the first 4 months & thereafter, from the 4th month, 12 - 18 employees, with an extra vehicle. What support and training is offered?The Owner of the Franchise and office assistant, will spend a minimum of two to three weeks at H/O, learning all the aspects of the business, to develop a hands-on approach. Thereafter, the Franchisees and their staff will be trained at their premises and at specific sites. Training will incorporate all the areas and aspects of running the business, including the setting up of the business, visiting clients and sites, assistance with employing staff, setting up of all staff requirements. Thereafter, on site training will be available for staff members, at head office, when required. Ongoing support through regular visits and daily telephonic communication will be implemented.
